Not much is going on these days. No knitting in over three weeks. I have resisted the urge to go to the yarn store here in Springfield since I have so much yarn and other paraphernalia at home that I can't justify the expense. I asked Kevin to send my knitting bag with his mother when she brought the kids up last weekend but the bag never materialized so I have been making do with the computer and some books and the Ipod! I would update you on more of that topic but if I do that then I will have nothing to post on Sandi's blog and I am slacking off there too! I will post there today too for those of you that are paying any attention! I am headed out today to take care of some errands that need to be run and then it will be more of the same! Thursday I am going to take my girls and Sandi's daughter to the Precious Moments Chapel in Carthage. The last time Sandi and I went was 12 years ago when she was pregnant with Logan! Yikes! Talk about making yourself feel old!
Talk about old...I am in the process of getting stuff together to go back to school in the fall and they want ACT scores from less than 5 years ago....Unfortunately mine were....18 years ago! Thinking about the fact that I took them the year many of the girls I will be competing with for the program were BORN makes me feel old! I still don't think that turning 35 this summer makes me old, it still seems young to me but when you start thinking about things like that it makes you want to reevaluate your stance on that!
I will fill you all in on that progress in the next post....Sandi's blog calls!

Did you see where I am moving...
apparently I get to be really close to all the yummy yarns! I may have to send you a care package!
Keep in mind that I have only moved twice, both times it was a "load your car and make several trips" type of move. I'm thinking I won't be able to do that this time. I've lived in a 30 mile radius around Little Rock my entire life. Huge change. I'm usually the one wishing I was moving. Wendy asked me yesterday "Is that far enough?" YEAH...
And we'll get that ministry up and running. We have 4 months!
Guess what! I finished the prayer shawl and it works great. Kept me warm at Alexis's softball practice last night.
